Deluge Configuration Tutorial

On Deluge, go to Edit menu, and open Preferences.

On Preferences, on the left panel click on Plugins and enable WebUi.

On the left panel just appeard WebUi. Select WebUi and enable Web Interface

You need now to logon to WebUi in order to attach the daemon to the Web UI plugin. The default password is deluge.

If you do not see any running deamons in the connection manager, then deluge is not running.

Start it and reload the WebUi. You should always first connect the WebUi to the running daemon before using Torrent Manager.

If you want to auto-connect WebUi to the daemon on startup please follow the instructions on this link.

Now you can already configure Torrent Manager on your device.

For a headless server use this tutorial.

If you want to change the password, please login via a web browser, under Preferences > Interface.

If you are inside a NAT network, and you want to access Web UI from outside, please check your port forwarding configuration on your router.

Transmission Configuration Tutorial

On Transmission, go to Edit menu, and open Preferences.

On Preferences, open the Remote tab.

Configure Web Client at your will. Be sure to activate the Web Client and configure port, username and password settings.

If you are inside a NAT network, and you want to access Web UI from outside, please check your port forwarding configuration on your router.

μTorrent Configuration Tutorial

On μTorrent, go to Options menu, and open Preferences.

On the left panel, under Advanced, select Web UI.

Configure Web UI at your will. Keep in mind that, by default, Web UI uses the same connection port as μTorrent. If you want to use other port, please select check Alternative listening port... and set the new port.

If you are inside a NAT network, and you want to access Web UI from outside, please check your port forwarding configuration on your router.

Vuze Configuration Tutorial

On Vuze, go to Tools menu, select Options. On your left, you should see the Plugins section, open it.

Please confirm that xmwebui is installed and it's option menu, Vuze Web Remote, is on the left panel.

If the plugin isn't installed, please press the Install, select By list from sourceforge.net and search for Vuze Web Remote. After the installation you may need to restart Vuze.

Next, select Vuze Web Remote on the left panel and start configuring the plugin.

If you are inside a NAT network, and you want to access Vuze Web Remote from outside, please check your port forwarding configuration on your router.

Be sure to check the option Enable Password and set username and password, in order to have a secure access to your server.
